Tetyana Solovey

In 2012 - 2020, Tetyana Solovey was working as a Vogue.ua columnist in the Department of Fashion, Jewelry, and Sustainability. She started a column on sustainable development on the website and in the magazine. In 2019, she followed the course FASHION AND SUSTAINABILITY: UNDERSTANDING LUXURY FASHION IN A CHANGING WORLD by LONDON COLLEGE OF FASHION AND KERING.

As a lecturer, Tetyana Solovey takes part in a few programs for exhibition projects of Odessa Art Museum, NAMU, Center for Contemporary Art M1. She also moderates public discussions as it was, for example, with former Vogue.UK editor Alexandra Shulman during her visit to Ukraine in 2019.

Tetyana Solovey teaches on training courses of K.A.M.A (Kyiv) and Ukrainian Fashion Education Group (Kharkiv). In 2017, she wrote a unique online course '100 years of fashion in 100 minutes.'

From 2016 to 2018, Tetyana Solovey was a pro bono PR-consultant and curator of Ivan Honchar Museum. Since then, she has been curating several projects: in 2016, she worked on the first Jewelry Corner at Ukrainian Fashion Week; in 2018, she was a co-curator of a large multimedia exhibition "Ukraine in Fashion", dedicated to the 5th anniversary of Vogue UA magazine; in 2019, she made an exhibition of Ivan Honchar Museum and BURSA gallery "Sky blue and blue".

On the module, Tetyana Solovey will talk about 3D technology as the future of fashion. The main purpose of the presentation is to show the current and future perspectives of 3D modeling in the world of fashion based on the practices of designers and forecasts of researchers. The main thesis of her speech: the future in fashion does not depend on stylists but on scientists.
