Tetiana Khriapina

Tetiana Khriapina has over ten years of training experience and eight of them in the IT industry.

After joining GlobalLogic back in 2011, Tetiana has built her career from Project Coordinator to GlobalLogic's leader in Central and Eastern Europe. She is experienced in building a collaborative training platform for universities, training centers and a community of experts of a company. Tetiana is also experienced in creating training plans for engineering centers of more than 2,000 specialists. Apart from that, Tetiana has successfully implemented effective training for company employees to obtain technical skills, a culture of communication, and leadership skills. She also coordinated mentoring programs for company interns.

Tatiana has a master's degree in English and French (Kyiv Linguistic University) and is currently finishing her master's degree in philosophy at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
