Tetiana Karazhbei

Tetiana graduated from the National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute” with a degree in laser and optoelectronic technology. She got her first professional experience working as an engineer-technologist at one of the main military enterprises of Ukraine, SDP SE Arsenal.

After that, she decided to try herself in a completely different area. This is when Tetiana built a career from a quality engineer to a project manager in a brewing equipment company.

Then, Tetiana decided to broaden her interests and tried herself in several other areas. She is currently working on the production of drones as a quality systems manager setting up technical control systems.

Tetiana believes that everyone should decide by themselves what they should be regardless of the opinion of others.

“If you want to change for the better, you should surround yourself with people smarter than you. This way, you will grow professionally together with them."
