Nadiia Vasylieva
Nadiia Vasylieva is a PhD in Economics (Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv) and Master of International Law with a postgraduate degree in the marketing of British CIM and an EMBA. She is a graduate of American MIT in Digital Transformation. Nadiia has worked in many well-known companies. She built a career in Kyivstar from a marketing manager to Head of Strategic Business Unit. Tetiana held the position of General Manager in Amway (Ukrainian Office).
In 2012, Tetiana started working at Microsoft Ukraine, and within a year and a half, she held the position of CEO. Under her leadership, Ukraine's top management team joined the Platinum Club of Microsoft. Two years after her appointment, Nadiia was promoted to Director-General of Black Sea Hub Microsoft. In 2019, she was appointed Deputy Director-General for Digitalization and Innovation of the state concern Ukroboronrpom. Apart from that, Nadiia is also an independent member of boards of directors in four companies.
Nadiia Vasylieva is actively involved in the promotion of gender equality and women's presence in STEM disciplines. She has been involved in the development of such projects as WELDI (ACC), Іnner Wheel Club (European Woman Entrepreneurship), and Women in Boards 2020. She is also an international ambassador and mentor in the Bank of America's Woman's Mentorship Project.
