Julia Dubovaya

Julia Dubovaya manages a GlobalLogic department of more than 800 engineers that cares of communications and media projects. She is also responsible for coordinating engineering at the company's offices in Kyiv and Mykolaiv.

Julia started working in Ukrainian IT in 2001, and more than 10 years she has been working in GlobalLogic. During her career, Julia cared about different sides of the company: analytics, IT development, managing the testing department, she also worked as an account manager, senior project manager, and engineering director. Julia's interests are digital transformation, business development strategies, and transformation of media and telecom industry. Julia studied at Vinnytsia National Technical University in the field of automation and computer control systems. After studying at the university, Julia got a Ph.D. in Mathematical Modeling.
