Born in the Eastern part of Germany, Anne graduated in European Studies from the University Osnabrück (Germany), Jagiellonian University Kraków (Poland), and in International Studies from Humboldt University in Berlin.
All her professional life is dedicated to European Integration. Focusing mainly on questions of bilateral trade and technical regulation she worked at the German Federal Ministry of Environment, Nature Conservation and Climate Safety, the Institute for European Politics Berlin, and for GIZ in Bosnia and Hercegovina, Serbia, Albania, Montenegro, Croatia, and since 2016 in Ukraine.
Her current position is Counsellor at the Trade Section of the EU Delegation to Ukraine.
Anne is married and has two children.
