Tetyana Gavrysh

Tetyana Gavrysh, a managing partner of ELF legal company, the head of the Kharkiv Expert Group for Healthcare Reform, the Honorary Consul of Germany in Kharkiv. Member of Kharkiv Branch Mentoring Council of Ukrainian Leadership Academy.

Co-founder and co-author of the Healthy Society Manifest. At present Tetyana together with her colleagues is working on a concept enabling to establish a legal framework for doctors to launch doctors’ self-government.

Tetyana is an expert on medical law and medical reform, international law, investment consulting, creative economy development, decentralization, corporate social responsibility. She handles the creation of business clusters and public-private partnership projects.

In 2015-2017, together with her colleagues, she was designing the legislative basis for the transformation of primary healthcare, as well as lobbying the medical reform, which included working with the European Commission.

Besides, Tetyana is the head of Kharkiv Branch Mentoring Council o EdCamp, an independent educational movement in Ukraine. She supports human rights movements in Ukraine, such as KharkivPride, and various cultural projects, the most prominent among which is the National Biennale of Yougn Art in Kharkiv.
