The Competition for Participation in the Fourth Module is On!

The STEM is FEM is announcing the dates for the fourth educational module. The event will be held in Kyiv on April 11-12, and the topic is Robotics and Engineering.

In 2017, there were only 20% of girls among the European students that received an engineering degree. According to experts, gender imbalance in Ukraine is even bigger. Our project aims at influencing the situation and proving to the girls that engineering careers are accessible and that such careers open up great prospects.

To this effect, we offer you to take part in the competition for participation in the fourth module. Any Ukrainian high school girl can register. The Expert Council will select the 30 best answers from everyone. Their authors will be invited to the educational module in the capital. During the event, the girls will get a unique opportunity to interact with professionals working in their chosen field, attend industry institutions, hear from motivational top-speakers and take part in the final competition. The winner of the competition will be awarded an international industry event abroad.

150 girls have applied for the previous third module. Among the speakers of the project were the Minister of Health, Social Policy and Science and Education.
