Svitlana Panaiotidi is Deputy Minister of Development of Economy, Trade and Agriculture of Ukraine, a member of the Supervisory Board at Prozorro.Sale.

Svitlana was born in Bila Tserkva, Kyiv region. She graduated with honors from Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics with a degree in Law. She is also a graduate of Aspen Institute Kyiv, Kyiv-Mohyla Business School, and Ukrainian School of Political Studies.

Svitlana Panaiotidi worked as a director of the legal department of Luxoptica Group, Deputy CEO/Director of Legal Affairs/Director in Board of Directors MC "Dobrobut", and a State Commissioner at Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine. Today, she is responsible for on management of government property and government and public procurements, etc.
