Oksana Gutsalenko

Oksana Gutsalenko has diverse professional experience: she volunteered at the EIDOS Contemporary Art Development Fund, developed an HR business in Kazakhstan, worked as a marketing manager at Gfk and as an advertising agency. For the last 10 years, she has been working in the field of design and construction (apartments, restaurants, and private cottages), and for the last 4 years, she has been marketing in the field of building energy-efficient houses. Oksana graduated from Wisconsin International University (USA) in Ukraine (now Concordia University), the Department of Foreign Economic Activity Management and International Business.

Oksana has always paid a lot of attention to the moral values ​​and the real benefits of the product she worked with. Therefore, she followed the educational course "Sustainable Development: A New Philosophy of Sustainability" that covered sustainable development principles and the UN Global Compact 2030, and the Active House Course that taught students how and why sustainable construction contributes to sustainable development. She also took part in Eindhoven Design Week. Oksana is actively promoting sustainable development ideas in the construction industry in Ukraine.
